Convert to 180°C!

My poor, non French people,

Here is a little promotion for 180°C, a French and perfect cooking magazine that has just been published.

It’s actually much more than a magazine: 188 pages, almost a book, with lots of recipes, stories, interviews, all about good food and good times.
(and no ads inside, which means they are really free to write about everything…)

I can’t wait to try their “pasteis de nata”  recipe, my favorite portuguese dessert!

Also, my humble French and perfect self writes here about what it’s like to live and eat in America…
I wrote an essay about my first pie contest, last september, at the LACMA, for the KCRW Good Food Pie contest.
Very exotic for French people!

So convert to Celcius, and go 180°C! (or 350F, the most common heat in recipes)

    Wow what a wonderful book you have here i just wish i could read it am sitting here in Maliba Lodge Lesotho(Africa) with my very own 180 hard copy I had the privilege of cooking for Vincent Ravalle when he come to visit, I dint even know who he was to me he was just a guest that i was cooking for. and as always i did what i do best with my team i cooked a cooked three course meal . and i received a compliment from a french couple and to me that meant a lot .To all the French Chef ,thank you to for providing us with a passion to cook great food. i just wish i could come and absorb as much as i can about the wonder full cuisine you have developed over the centuries, thank you very much to Ravalle for giving me a glimpse into french Food i hope an English version is coming soon or i might have to start french lessons .

    Madame, this is extemely nice. The first two issues of 180°C arrived from today, and this is the most elegant «food porn» I’ve seen for a while.
